Good range, wrong shirt delivered, poor replacement process

1. Wrong colored shirt delivered
2. Timely return pick-up
3. No news for 8 days about replacement/refund
4. Required constant follow-up including email to CEO
5. Service team responded that the returned shirt had not been delivered back to them by their courier even after 8 days!!
6. They claim to have sent the replacement w/o receipt of original shirt as an exception
7. Original shirt finally rcvd - full delivery cycle took about14 days
8. Is a good fit, quality can be ascertained only after a few washes

The quality of the shirt is as was promised on the website. Good quality and good material. Very comfortable to wear. I have placed an order for three more shirts. The shirts are very reasonably priced.

I would like to mention here that there is no acknowledgement of the product as soon as we place the order. The acknowledgement should be sent on the registered mobile and the email. We only get the intimation of the product about two days before delivery from the courier company. Not receiving any acknowledgement till delivery time, causes concern. There should be constant feedback from the time the order is place. This will restore some confidence about your office.
